Homes sales in Josephine county
Hello all...What is your opinion of the home sales lately (2007/2008) in Josephine county area? Slow moving or are you locals seeing more homes selling --but with a longer time on the market? How long are $300,000. to $400,000. homes sitting? We made an offer on a home there and the owner was adamant about getting nearly what he wanted for it..it has been on the market now for 2 yrs.. In general how do you see the R.E. market there in this price range..Thanks for any/all comments !!!

I honestly think there are lots of despirate sellers in that area, frankly I would rent for a year. Post your question at Portland Housing Blog.
