Hello,
I am getting ready to advertise my newer (2005) Hillsboro home that backs to the wetlands for rent come August or September. I have the option of renting it furnished or unfurnished - any opinions on which would be more appealing? Any suggestions on where to advertise besides the classified section on this site? Thanks in advance! |

I check Craigslist all the time to get an idea of rent costs for when I move up there.
Personally, I think unfurnished is best. Make sure to have pictures, and don't forget the back yard. I don't even look at the ones with no pictures, and since I like being in the yard prefer to have pics showing that included. Good luck. |
