I'm looking for 2-to-5 mostly level, mostly treed, buildable acres in the Eagle Point, Highway 140 area. Intent is small, low impact home, good stewardship of land and being a good neighbor for the long haul. Cash purchase.

Howdy - I PM'd you - but the place is on the flip side of Medford in Applegate Valley, where the nice small vineyards seems to be flourishing.

That would mean being nearer the coast and redwoods, than Crater Lake, White City or Shady Cove.

Although, still 10 minutes from J-ville and 15 minutes from the west edge of Medford.

Address Hy. 238 too, in contrast to Hy. 140
