Default Need help with a house in Cave Junction

I have a 1/3 interest in a house in Cave Junction. What do you think I can do with 1/3 ownership?

Well I guess you could use your 1/3 interested to stay there for a vacation. I don't know what the other owners are doing with the house but it could be rented out for income. That's all the ideas I have for it. Maybe someone else has an idea.

What do you want to do with it?
It the ownership with family?
Is it an investment?
What are the particulars to the other owners?

I'd have a local REALTOR do a market analysis and see if the other owners would buy me out for fair market value...unless there is something that you'd LIKE to do with it (vacation home or generate other income)...
Get a feel for the local market and an idea if you stand more chance of making money in the long term by holding it (and letting it appreciate); or taking the cash and putting it in a money market or other solid investment.

The house was vacant for about 3 years.
The house was left to us 3 brothers with 1/3 interest each.
We 3 do not communicate and don't want to communicate.(all out of state)
Recently the oldest brother rented the house.
My two brothers want to sell the house but I don't want to sell my 1/3 share.
I would like to use the house 1/3 of the time.
What do you think?

Usually when one or more of the parties wish to sell the one that does not should by them out. If this is not possible then the other parties usually force a sale if there is disagreement.

If there is no communication then? What does one do?

You may have a argument that it is not the best time to sell and that may give some time to rebuild consensus among you and your brothers.

Unfortunately where there is contest, it ends up to the court to decide.

My grandfather had 110 acres on the coast and his investors wanted to sell, He did not want to buy them out, being that he was 50% owner and they wanted millions. The investors took it to court and now it belongs to the state.

that reminds me of a picture of two people pulling on each end of a cow and a lawyer sitting milking the cow.
