Need Investor Friendly Realtor
Hello,
I am a well trained and experienced real estate investor that just moved to Medford. I am looking for a real estate agent that understands and is educated on working with Real Estate Investors.
I am more than willing to work with more than one agent depending on your comfort. I am looking for a motivated agent that can let me do the legwork and negotiating with the sellers and be willing to get paid well.
I need to have access to accuarate comps. I also want someone that understands the Win/Win Concept. I am well trained in working with foreclosures and properties that have no equity.
