When did this get dug up again?
I started this thread, not as a dig as you put it, but as a valid question I had at the time as there were numerous threads re: liberals looking for like minded persons to live around. In addition, another forum I frequent (Cali-OC) has numerous threads about how closed minded OC conservatives are. Wondering why you consider this initial post to be a dig? I believe it is an appropriate followup question for those looking for a certain political neighborhood to live in. Its a simple question of "why?"
Where you got that I'm a developer is beyond me. I am not employed in anything that has to do with : finances & banking, real estates & loans, development & homebuilding. And I'm not sure where you were headed about the evils of the current real estate & lending situation. If anything, its an opportunity that many chose to take. As always, there are those who are responsible to educate themselves, check the facts and make good choices and those who don't. Its given me my first chance at building equity. I am thankful I was given the opportunities I had at the time. As it is now, regardless of my credit, I would not be able the afford the home I currently live in.
