Default Bend House Hunters?

I could have sworn I channel surfed by a House Hunters or another program showing some pretty pricey houses in Bend. Am I clueless about this one also? I did a search and did not find it.....

I know several investors who have been over there finding bargains. My neighbors bought two homes in Bend last week.

I will look for my bargains a little later. I'm very concerned about the tax policy of 2010 (ZERO LTCG) creating additional surplus in some housing sectors. 2010 is a good year to die as well (no estate tax) Should be a banner yr for OR and 'assisted suicide'. Seems the Drs in WA are rejecting the idea of assisting. Now to just come up with a terminal illness (bend housing fever).

Dry Side is on a distinguished road
The Bend home that the featured family in House Hunters ended up buying is now in foreclosure. Paid $740K and now it's on the market by the bank for $650K.
