Question Looking for a 2 bedroom HUD home in Medford Area

I have been searching for a two bedroom HUD home for quite some time now in the Medford area. I care give for someone that is on HUD and I am really having a hard time finding something.
I also don't understand the HUD system well. He states that even though he has a one bedroom HUD voucher that he can get a two bedroom as long as he can pay the difference. Does anyone know if that is true?

He is wanting a house. The apartment he is in now is going to be foreclosed on because it is on the property of his brother's house which they are letting it foreclose. And I was living as a renter in that house. Now I am his 24/7 caregiver.
So I would appreciate anyone that can give me some help on this. I constantly look on craigslist and in the classifieds of the Mail Tribune.
Thanks.

Default Definitly NOT True

If he gets caught paying the difference on a rental he automatically looses his HUD grant ! States it right in your Tenant / Landlord papers , Oh boy big mistake.

Default central point

The only place I can think of right off the bat is an apartment complex in Central Point, next to the interstate, behind Jewett Elementary (just across the interstate from the fairgrounds). Good luck.
