Default Mobile home tenant laws regarding vehicles

Are park owners required to inform the state of oregon of the occupants vehicles which are in the park? The park I live at tells me they are required to do so

I know of no law that prohibits that requirement by the mobile home park management. I do know that hotels and motels are required to obtain that information.

James, I know that mobile homes are under DMV regulations so maybe in some obscure way this could be true.

are you talking about the vehicles associated with the tenants or the visitors?

all the places i've ever rented (houses or apartments) required telling the landlord on the rental agreement the license plate #'s etc for all occupants. not visitors.

i don't think my information actually "goes" anywhere.
