Default Walking to grocery Astoria, Coos Bay, Toledo?

Is it possible to live where you can walk to shopping, grocery stores or other amenities in any of these towns?

If not, what about in other small towns in the north to central western Oregon area?

I'd say you could in North Bend & Coos Bay. I see lots of people walking and bicycling through town.

Smile walking

Thanks, a realtor's reply was somewhat discouraging about walking around, and I thought I would double check.
