I have an employment opportunity in the North Bend area, my wife has a horse and we are looking for a little property, 1 acre or more. Is this possible without driving more that an hour from North Bend? We would like to stay around a budget of $350,000....Thanks.

Im not sure if its up for sale again (it went into forclosure) but I know someone who had their house/property up for sale for about the last year. Its an older ranch style house, totally financable, but needing some work and serious re-decorating (can we say orange countertops and green shag carpet in the kitchen! ugh!!) but its on just under 5 acres, mostly level, about 10min. out of coos bay. It was up for 250thous.
Have you requested any booklets from local agencies?
