The fact that you are bilingual helps. We have a large Hispanic population in the valley. As for jobs...we are at over 12% as a state and many social work jobs are being cut. It will be difficult, but you do have a HUGE edge being bilingual.
Anyway...in Corvallis there is the Children's Farm Home which has group homes and residential treatment. They also have a therapeutic foster care program. It's not too far from the HP campus so you guys could ride together if that worked in your schedules. I would try them first. I used to work for the therapeutic foster care program ( I have a MS in counseling).
Woodburn has MacLaren which is the boys juvenile prison and Salem has Hillcrest which is for girls. All cities have probation programs as well. If you want to do outpatient work then any of the county mental health centers would be your best best...Marion County Mental Health is in Salem, Benton County Mental Health is in Corvallis and Linn County Mental Health is in Albany.
