Looking for Acreage/Homestead in Central/Eastern or Southern Oregon (real estate, pricing)

Hi,

I'm searching for property in Central, Eastern or Southern Oregon to establish a little homestead on. Would consider improved or raw land.

Ideal property would have the following:

-bordered by BLM or Natl./Public lands
-possessed of running water, could be year around creek, stream or river
-reasonable to cheap pricing

Any assistance is much appreciated.

So pick a location and use an internet search engine to punch up a local real estate company's site.

That last requirement that the perfect land be cheap may prove to be a deal breaker.
