Default Bandon-Any less windy areas?
Hello.
I am enthralled with Bandon, but currently live in a place where we get about 3 months of wind in the 15-40mph range in California. I am "over it."
Is the wind in Bandon constant?
Is there an area of Bandon sheltered by a hill or something, so it is not effected by the wind?
Is the wind occasional, as with a storm, or relentless? What months are the most windy? Does anyone know the approx. wind mph (or knots, to be proper)

I am not aware of any place on the OR coast that does not have wind,Bandon gets its share.

The further inland you go the less wind you will see.

Powerful wind storms in the winter and the afternoon winds of summer just like the CA coast.The www.wunderground weather site has info.
