Small towns in Oregon

Gold beach is about 13 miles north of Brookings, on the coast. Or about 50 miles north of the CA. border.
No real medical there yet. I think most come to the Rogue Valley for serious treatment.

If coastal is important, you may want to check into Coos Bay or Bandon?

I have just completed the process of a move to the Willamette Valley - lots of small towns in and around Salem Oregon - try, Stayton, Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Scio, Silverton. A nice mix of farming, community and convience for most basic needs. Love the option of farm to table produce in the summer months through the valley. Fruits, berries, vegetables. etc.

All within 30 minutes of Salem - State Capital - I grew up in Portland - too big for me thses days, but am I ooking forward to my home in Monmouth - check it out.
