Default Just came back from Oregon!

Here are some pictures that we have taken while there for 11 days. I'll post our opinions tomorrow night.

Lovely shots. What kind of camera did you use for them? They are so sharp and rich looking.

Thanks so much for the compliments!!

If I knew how to edit my post I'd do it.

The first picture is of Pikes Peak Colorado. Sorry.

The 2nd one is from Colorado River Gorge, 20 or so miles from Portland - there were many waterfalls to see.

The 3rd picture is from California - Mount Shasta.

The 4th one is also from the Gorge.

And of course Crater Lake.

We've taken 287 pictures. Oregon is a very beautiful state for sure. More later. I have to marinate some chicken.

I use a Canon Power Shot S70. In some pictures I used Custom settings, the rest were in Auto mode.

Nice pictures. They're fun to look at. I was just in the Crater Lake Area last week and yes, there is still snow at 4,000 feet. (lol, I could tell the first picture wasn't Crater Lake. Our water is bluer on a clear day like that).

Actually the water was very blue not sure why it came out that color in that picture.

Actually the 2nd picture is of the very famous Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge, east of Troutdale. It is a BIG tourist attraction, if you want to visit try for spring or fall because summer is VERY busy and hard to find a place to park. It is also along the columbia gorge scenic highway (lots of waterfalls along that drive) or easy access from I-84. The Crater Lake pics are beautiful. Can't wait to see more of your pictures of our beautiful state.
