Default Safe and hot

What is the safest town/city in Oregon that also has warm/hot winter and summer temperatures? I think Medford might have the warmest average yearly temperatures, but I don't know how it ranks for safety.

No city in Oregon has what could be considered a "warm/hot" winter unless it's by comparison to somewhere very, very cold.

Medford has some of the hotter summer temps in Oregon and an average high/low of 46/30 in December (with a record low of -10F in winter). Portland has cooler summers but slightly warmer winters.

You might want to check out Brookings. It's on the southern coast and has mild winters compared to the rest of the state. There's a lot of retired people there so it should be safe. You never know with them though...especially in Oregon.

If you want warm winters you'll have to venture south of the border.

well, i mean warmer than the other cities/towns in oregon. is there any town/city in oregon that doesn't get any snow and isn't a coastal town (since coastal towns usually get cold summers)?

^^^ Not that I know of. We usually get a snow or two (sometimes even three or four) on the floor of the Rogue Valley every year. Only a couple inches at a time and it melts off fairly quickly, but still snow.

Maybe Roseburg has warmer winters? I hear that it's more temperate there slightly.

Some areas of the Columbia Basin will get little snow or ice some winters.

January average temp is 31 and 76.3 in July. Average precip in Jan. is .44 inches; in July it's .09 inches. Usually gets about 7 inches of rain annually.

Lainbow, be honest now...are you looking for safe hot asians?
