Default Looking for rural rental with acerage

Hello. I am looking to move to Oregon by May 2010. I need a rural rental with acerage, have outside pets, and prefer a place with lease option to buy, hopefully. Do you know if that is possible in the Corvallis area? What about very small towns? Could use some ideas. Thank you everyone for your help.

I would imagine it's possible, but eight months in advance? That's pretty hard to gauge. Here's a link to the local newspaper. Some of the country rentals are through a broker. Couldn't hurt to contact them & inquire about what your looking for.
