Default "peace sign" lake near Turner (jail)???

OK - bizzaro post, yes I know. I was just virtually "driving by" Corban College (near Turner, OR - SE of South Salem), and thinking "what a beautiful campus!" ... then I clicked back onto the regular "Map" view and noticed there is a (obviously manmade) lake in the shape of a **perfect** peace sign that is west of the campus, east of Mill Creek, and north of the correctional facility. When I click on "Satellite" view, that same peace sign lake is kind of flooded and doesn't really look much like a peace sign on that particular day (but I can see that it would if the water level were lower). It actually looks kind of like a sewage pond. It looks like maybe it is part of the jail grounds?

Does anyone know what the heck this is?

Wow - thanks for the info. But I don't understand - why would someone design a sewage treatment plant in the shape of a peace sign? Do you happen to know the story behind it? Does it belong to the college or the jail? That's sooooo weird!!
