Default Medford bedroom town

I left this area in 1999, but I know this much- Eagle Point used to be a poor rural farming town, now it's a very popular, $pendy golf course suburb north of Medford with a Robert Trent Jones course and a soon-to-be WalMart, subdivisions everywhere, etc. The town has grown so fast the local paper (Medford Mail Tribune) recently mentioned E.P. will soon use up all their "urban growth land" and will have to impose some sort of building morotorium....
