Route from Portland to Bend?
Hello all,
I'm flying to Portland late tomorrow night (from Florida). Then renting a car to drive down to Bend Thursday a.m. I have the whole day (have an interview Friday), and was wondering what the most scenic route might be? I might stop off in Salem (if this interview doesn't work out, that's our likely destination). Looks like my options are 22 from Salem, 26 right out of Portland, or I think it's 197 S from a little east on I-80. Is this brief stretch of 80 pretty--along the river as it is?
