It'll take a while to go thru all of those.....I think that I would be better spending time to ask folks who know. Back to the original question: I'm looking for the names of towns in Oregon with weather thats milder summers and warmer winters and less crime than Boise.

Brownsville
Veneta
Hubbard
Molalla

All those are small towns that will put you in easy driving range of a mall, if that's your thing.
