I have been studying towns in Oregon, and am having a hard time finding towns with good air quality in the Willamette Valley. Eugene and Corvallis are both equally bad, accoding to Moderator cut. Any suggestions?

You could look at Albany,Cottage Grove, Lebanon or Salem. Mostly the bad air sits in the Willamette Valley until the rain cleans it out.
If you want cleaner air you'll need to look elsewhere.
