Wink Tualatin vs. west linn

Do you have any opinions on schools and cost of living in these two areas. I heard in Tualatin the Ibloch area is pretty nice.

West Linn is far more expensive and white collar professional. Tualatin has traditonally been more working class, but not a bad place. West Linn has better schools.
