In the state of Oregon, what is offense code 811112?

In addition, I need to know the meaning of "Verdict Finding: JGSN"?

I have searched the website for the relevant county court, but had no luck. I also tried a Google search. I don't know where else to look.

VIOLATION OF MAXIMUM SPEED FOR RURAL INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS 811.112 http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/DMV/docs/735_064_0220.pdf

I couldn't find what JGSN means though, except i found a website for street racing that mentioned it.

ORS 811.112 was repealed in 2003. It was a minor traffic offense of some kind. I think 2003 was about when they stopped mandating 20 mph in all school zones 24 hours a day and went to flashing lights on major highways to show when school zone speeds are in effect. Just a guess. People were irritated at getting a speeding ticket in a school zone at 2 AM.

The verdict is an acronym, your guess is as good as mine.

Yeh..never expect the powers that be to make it easy for you to find out ANYTHING vitally important to you but means absolutely zero to those people. Instead we find out vital information from civillians. One of the many reasons Oregon sucks. But whatever. Sigh.
