Default Is dr. Phillips still a nice area
I moved down south to Broward from Orlando 4 years ago (yeah i know, the opposite of the norm!). Funny thing is, I actually am surprised at how clean and safe it is here compared to Orlando/ Orange County.Anyway, I was up in Orlando a month or so ago and Dr. Phillips still looks likes like a really nice area. Just out of curiosity, has it been affected by the crime wave that is strangling Orlando right now? I know Metrowest has, which is not too far from there. Thanks!

The Dr. Phillips and Windermere areas are some of the best areas in Orlando. They have low crime rates and very good schools.

Has Dr. Phillips High retained its reputation for being the best high school in Orange county?

The Dr. Philliips still has a reputation as a good school in 2005 - 2006 the Elementary was a Grade A school and the Highschool was a grade B.

The high school is home to the Visual and Performing Arts and Center for International Studies. The program consists of art, dance, music, theater, and television-production departments.The Highschool also has 2 career programs for students.

That is awesome! I am surrounded by A rated districts k- through 12 down here, I am glad to see at least one Orlando area has retained
