I like this thread.

There are endless amounts of things to do outside of the theme parks.

You have the beaches and the springs, many biking trials, and nature trails, Downtown Orlando for great nightlife, upscale shopping and dinning on park ave and mall at millenia, the list goes on and on.

IDK if the OP is serious or not but for future references of others:

outdoors / indoors
winter / summer kind of lol
bars / restaurants
trails
etc

Start with Downtown Orlando.
Downtown Orlando Official Website | DowntownOrlando.com
Lake Eola is in the heart of downtown. Restaurants, and lakeside eating places are all around the lake.

There is a park for children and an outside theatre as well.
There is the Orange County Regional History musem.
Orange County Library
Amway Arena/Amway Center to check out events., sports, circus, concerts, shows.
Bob Carr performing arts center.
Downtown Rec Center: basketball and Tennis.
Plaza Cinema theatre and entertainment.
and Much More

As far as Orlando outside of tourist areas:
Parks and Recreation containing indoor and outdoor activities depending on which park. Recreation & Leisure
and
City of Orlando :: Families, Parks and Recreation

Parks are all around with variety of amenities. Some parks are campgrounds, have swimming pools, tennis, baseball, football, other numerous recreation activities.

You have the West Orange Trail:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpk-CUy1O9E

You also have places like Florida Mall area where there is a bowling alley near by and dozens of shopping options.

OBT is Orlando's premiere red light district. Shows, Adult Clubs, Adult Bars.
