Considering the purchase of a 25' camper (travel trailer), but the storage places want $100+/month to park it! (Yard is too small to keep at home) That seems outrageous to me.

There are a couple places in Sanford and New Smyrna that allow you to park them there. In Sanford, there is Twelve Oaks and Town and Country.
In New Smyrna, there is Sugar Mill Ruins. (awesome campground) They have some kind of special at $20 a month. You can even call them beforehand and they will set your TT up on a site.
We are actually at Sugar Mill now and it's great!
