Default home sale's
I was just in davenport and notice there was not as many house's for sale as there was in febuary. Is that because more people try to sell in the winter months when the snow bird's are in town.

right now is usually peak season because most people wait until the spring/ summer to sell and buy. one reason is because they wait for the kids to be out of school to make an easier transition for them.
