I am moving to Orlando we are a family of 5 I want to live in a good area but of course don't know the area at all. I have looked on line and now I am being told that I need to look for a Market Rated apt okay now what the blank is that????? I make to much money okay fine but what am I suppose to do go out buy a house I don't want for millions heeee yeah right. Just need some good area to look and if anyone know what a market rated apartment is please give me some names. Thanks for you'lls help. I will keep lookin for the right place.
