Hi
My family and myself are considering moving to Florida within the next year to two years. We are looking into taking over a Subway, my fathers dream business of running, haha. If anyone could give information on any of the best places to look into property, what exactly is required monthly to pay for your home ect? Basically, I'm looking to put together a collection of information to help with our move. Sadly, we're fed up of the constant rain of Scotland and bad weather. Also, if anyone has any information regarding visa's ect? I have just finished High School taking a gap year before applying to university to study Fashion or Theatre Costume Design. Does anyone have any information regarding such courses in the nearby area? I dont want to travel far. Many Thanks! =) |

________________________________________ Hi, We moved from London to Melbourne (Florida East Coast) over a year ago and love it! It's about 1 hr and 20m from Orlando - so you get the beaches and access to the city life if you want that. The visa you need is an E2 and I know of an English lady with a brokerage in Kissimmee, who is great with advice re. visas, businesses, houses, etc. Her company is called something like Rock Rose Realty - you will likely find it on a Google search. As for colleges, my kids have been going to BCC (Brevard Community College) and that was "reasonable" for my daughter as she was 17 and going through the immigration process but my son's costs were very high as he was 21 and considered an overseas student. |

My firm works with overseas investors often and we can get you in the best situation as we only work with buyers/investors. We also have a financial team who can help with loan details as well as other relocation questions.
Feel free to contact me if we can help. Terry 407-722-6959 |
