Hi...im moving to Orlando in the next 2 or 3 months’ looking for a nice area
at Orlando ,I was there for 2 months last year and I wasn’t able to find the right place ,the realtor told me the price of the homes will drop... For now I would like to rent a single family or town house, on the 1,000$ to 1,500$ range need at least 2 bedrooms, have 1 kid so I need a good middle school Was searching for Lake Nona, Lee Vista , and Avalon Park I was considering Lake Nona area for the schools and the YMCA my kid love soccer and he’s into sports I would like some amenities like gym, pool and a garage We were considering Baldwin Park that’s a nice place but we didn’t like the surrounding communities We like the night charm of downtown, but not sure that we wanted to live in such a busy area, I would prefer something quieter and more spacious and a hint of luxury Thanks for the help… Last edited by Mr.P; 07-01-2007 at 03:00 PM.. |

ALL TYPING ERRORS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT
Hi I live in Avalon park, seven years.the things I like about Avalon park is: Friendly people live here. Crime is very low. No murders No gun fire Sheriff patrolled We have a publix food store, gas station , several fast foods, dinning out Waterford lakes shopping center has all most ever thing you need Grade "A" schools, primrose for small tots, elementary, middle school, and high school. All in Avalon park. Swimming pools, tennis, hand ball, basketball, dog park, bike paths, side walks that go from alafaya trail to state road 50. Home owners due's about 51 us dollar a month, that include's 70 channel cable, now that's a deal. The power plant is a eye sore, so far it hasn't killed anyone yet, we don't have drive by shooting. The kids are safe to play out doors. If you like a mall the Orvida mall is the best mall I have been to not crowed like so many malls are, less stress shopping. The alafaya trail will be 4 lane and a entrance to toll road 528 is started and both will be completed sometime next year. I like the garages in the back of the house with an ally safe for kids to play The home are a good investment, you can't loose by buying a home in Avalon park All underground utilities. |

there are lots of great communites in the central florida area! it would be great to have someone show you all the different areas. also because of traffic, it helps to think about where you'll be working so your drive time won't be too horrible! are you looking for family communities to live?
