The Magic don't stand a chance of winning the title in 2011, unless Lebron and Kobe go down for the entire season.

I agree they have no chance this season. However, I don't think they would only have a chance if Lebron went down...the same would apply if Wade went down instead. Lebron can't carry a team as he has already proven.

No, that's incorrect. Been to probably a dozen games in Charlotte. The Bobcats have a very strong fan base and I've never noticed a ton of fans for the other team like I did in Orlando.

It's not really the location but rather the team. Celtics and Lakers have a fan base everywhere, so when they come to your home town, chances are you'll see a lot of them.

^^^ Lakers and Celts are both popular in many places, this I agree. I hadn't seen the sheer number of Celtics fan in Orlando like I've seen other places. I've been to probably a dozen Charlotte games, dating back to the mid-90's, and they always had 95-98% of the crowd, maybe more. Very, very few fans for the other teams.

Hey everyone-I am visiting in early November to the new Amway center. Ticket prices on stubhub are all over the place. Any advice on the best sections to get for the money or where to get a good deal on tickets?

Thanks for your help.

They would be called the "frontrunner fans". Similar to many Yankees or Cowboys fans. Most have never lived in the respective cities but buy the apparel and jump on the winners bandwagon. Kind of pathetic.

I've been to Lakers and Celtics games in Orlando. There were a lot of opposing fans, but I was never confused as to what arena I was in. It's about what I have seen in Miami and Atlanta when those teams were in town there, so perhaps that is what I am used to. The Bulls drew even more opposing fans back in the 90s.

And let's not get started on the Rays... cant even draw 10,000 fans when they can clinch a playoff spot. Gotta bring in the Red Sox or the Stankees to draw a crowd in Tampa.
