unbelievable. this is like the 3rd one in 5 weeks.

1- a bullet just missed the 2 yr old girl in the back seat of an suv.
2- a man shoots another man in the abdomen for honking at him when the light turned green
3- a man in an expensive suv shoots 5 shots into another man's truck. the suv was spotted weaving in and out of lanes earlier. i guess someone got pissed off and said something or gestured something, not sure though. but whatever happened, the man in the suv fired 5 shots, and one bullet struck the other driver in the neck, and exited out of his shoulder.

I mean I'm guilty of road rage but I can't imagine a type of road rage that would make people endanger one another or make someone want to shoot someone else. Hey, some people don't know how to drive. It's a fact of life!!! Be happy that you're such a good driver instead of feeling like you have to <ahem> "eliminate" all the bad drivers out there systematically.....

People just need to settle down a smidge...

I've got to where I drive in the right lane and watch all the bad drivers (stupid and idiots) and laugh at most of them.

It wasn't that long ago that we had some road rage going on with I'4, two incidents in one week, I believe one man was shot and killed after they pulled over.

Pretty scarey.

this isnt an attack on this reply....i am just explaining my view of why things happen and trying to answer the question here.....

It happens when one driver tries to impose "his" will on another and say to the other driver that "he" is in control of the road by tailgating......I think the drivers in the back are usually at fault....yeah we claim that there are lots of people who intentionally stay in front of us and go slow on purpose.....but really most people i see in front are really "not breaking the law"...and they are going at least 5 mph over the speed limit......

but when someone comes from behind that person and tailgates and tries to push that car to go faster....then the person in back is making the guy in front really break the law by going excessive speeds.....i dont care if its the flow of traffic...you are only supposed to go at least 5 mph over the limit....if a driver is doing that....then he shouldnt be abused by a tailgater......now if someone is going 45 -55 mph in a 70 mph zone then they need to get out the way but i dont see that as much as i see impatient people who think getting somewhere fast is more important than caring about the cars lives around them.....

u cant push people in this society.......dont honk, dont try to force someone to go 10 20 mph over the speed limit because they are just trying to obey the law.....maybe they have been ticketed alot for speeding and are afraid to go 80-85mph in a 70 mph zone...but wait i forgot......it only matters if "we"....make it to places on time so that "we" can be selfish in this society.....there is no excuse for being to close behind another vehicle except for you trying to impose your will and make someone intimidated by you,.....other than that i see no reason for anyone to put themselves in danger.....

Unfortunately there are alot of controlling people out there who practice this behavior on a regular basis and think nothing of causing scenes anywhere...push them over the edge a little and they are doing it on the roadside. Silly and childish really.

People need to leave their EGO at home when they drive.
