Lake Mary is very nice but you wouldn't want the drive to get to Mellenia. There are some nice areas around Winter Garden.

I have a great house for sale, it is in a very safe neighborhood. Small but yet safe enough that my 4 year old plays in the yard without me worrying abou sickos wandering around. If you are interested please send me a message. My mom lives by the mall of millenia and it takes about 20 min or so.

Audubon Park. It's affordable, has great schools, and wonderful amenities. Plus, it's near downtown Orlando, Baldwin Park, and Winter Park. Check it out. It's a great neighborhood.

Hi, hope everyone is well on this thread. All i can say is i specialise in the Celebration and Winter Garden area and i think Winter Garden would be a great area for you. My wife and i liked it so much we bought a home here and we have a 7yr old daughter and a 4 year old Cocker Spaniel called Buddy. Now i have to be honest, im the only one who walks Buddy and i walk him around our neighbourhood when its dark and i feel very comfortable. Its quiet, the people are friendly but our neighbourhood isnt gated but to be honest it is still very safe, probably because where we are located although its a huge subdivision, its out of the way of the big roads so unless your going the staff way to Disney you wouldnt know its there. However, my wifes parents also live in Winter Garden in a gated Community next to the new mall and next to the 429 and those are also nice safe areas. The gated side is in the over $500,000 bracket but there are lower priced homes in other subdivisions.
As an example, the townhome we bought is just under 1500sq ft 3 bed 2 & half bath, nice pet friendly gated yard and we paid with upgrades just over $185000. There are some great deals to be had and esp if you want to build or buy inventory homes from builders. I hope this has helped. If you need any other info feel free to contact me. Nick |

The poster stated they wanted safe, not very safe especially at night it`s a high robbery area. |
