Orange county is now the sixth county in Florida to protects gays from discrimination & is joined by Broward, Leon, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach & Pinellas counties all who have Human Rights Ordinances as well.

THis is just another reminder of the backwards state we live in. Hillsborough, Sarasota, Monroe and Osceola county should be on that list too.

^ Actually I agree with you but I would prefer to see the entire state of Florida have an ordinance like these six counties already have. However I'm realistic that not every part of the state is as progressive regarding this issue. Imagine that Miami-Dade passed their ordinance 12 years ago in 1998 and now is when Orange county passes a similar law.

Lol all the Important Counties have approved it. And yet again my county of Orange is always last.
