Young couple looking to find an apartment close by to Le Cordon Bleu on Commondity Circle.. We found an apartment at this address 1908 Lake Atriums Cir 22 Orlando, FL 32839 and was wondering if that is a good area? Where else should I look? Looking to spend no more than 650$ on a one bedroom seeing as we are fulltime college students..

Your thread title says 32819, but you are posting an address in 32839. 32819 is a decent area around Dr Phillips.
I would avoid 32839 like the plague, personally. The areas around Millenia mall, especially to the west are quite sketchy. Here's a good thread on the good/bad zips in Orlando:

That adress comes up for the apartments of "The Plaza At Mellinia"
They really are not the best... I can tell you that from going past them everyday.

Im young myself like you and I live in 32839. Please to heed on my advice to you when I tell you LOOK ELSE WHERE. This is one of the areas in the city I would not suggest any one not familiar with the surroundings to relocate. No its not like people get robbed and shot and murdered every day but I mean it's just truly not the safest and most desirable area to live in. But the rent over here is low so It will be easier to stay close to your school at that price.
There are other parts of Orange County with rent like that but they are further away by distances.
So over here the best places (though there is no clear cut winner)
