Dr Phil,Windermere, Lake Mary, Celebration,Winter Pk-In which order best? (Orlando: homeowners insurance, house)

I realize this has a lot to do w/opinion but...can anyone tell me if any of these schools are clearly better than the others. I have a house in Independence(Windermere) that I bought as an investment but figured I'd want to go somewhere with better schools (WP or Lake Mary)to live...now I am hearing Windermere schools are very good. We are moving from Long Island NY, my daughter is entering 7th grade and school comes first. I will work my buusiness around the school so someone please tell me the name of the best. If I absolutely must go private I will. If anyone is familiar with LI, I am currently in 3Village,(not the best but very good).
Any and all advice will be appreciated but I would also love to hear from Long Island relocators. Thank you!

Are you sure you would like to relocate to Orlando............I relocated from Coram. Florida is different, people are different.................Windermere is expensive nice school district is called (free rich kids school) another Smithtown school district is good!Dr. Phillips close to Windermere check for high school district there is a High school Dr. Phillips not as good a Olympia Winderemere High school.Lake Mary a little far out I here Seminole county schools are the best Celebration is similar to five towns.....Winter Park nice also..............Good Luck I am out of this place

They are all nice areas but personally i sould steer clear of winter park, everyone around here seems to love winter park but the only nice part of it Ive seen is the winter park village which is very nice but is only about 300 yards long and 300 yards wide and outside of it it seems semi ghetto. Lake Mary or windermere would be my first choice, oviedo would be another good one to consider.

Thank you very much for your responses, you both have been very helpful. Question to Florida 04...who are worse-native Floridians or the Native NYers? I am trying to not have expectations of Disney Paradise. I was nearly run off the road (a few times) when I was there 2 weeks ago...felt right at home...actually your right it is not as bad here on LI .lol. So where are you heading and what were you saying about Smithtown? Thanks again

Windermere is a beatiful area, school district is similiar to Smithtown...kids drive BMW's, Corvettes, Mercedes to school................I love the weather, wish I could bottle and take with me. Job market is horrible not a union state like North. I am heading to Georgia cost of living is less people are also more friendly....Native Floridians are the worst they do not signal before turning, exiting or entering highways and to many young drivers on the road with no experience but you can try it and see what you think I can not wait to leave
1)start to check homeowners insurance and compare?
2)start to check out HOA
3)Property taxes are also high
