Me and my family are looking to move from MN to FL within the next 6 months or so (the sooner the better ) . Me and my wife are in or mid 20's and we have a 5 year old and a 9 mounth old both girls. My wife is looking for a job in Human Resources and looking to make at least $40,000+. We ar elooking at houses around the $150,000 because that seems to get you a good house there and the must is 4 bedrooms and pool.I am just thinking I will find a job when we get there because we are going to have to find daycare and all that but I would be looking for anything really I have experiance in anything from customer service, to HVAC to store manager of a retail store, Ramp worker at the international airport and a lot of other skills. So like I said i would just probably look when we get there! Unless I can find something that pays me $40,000+ Then we would come and she could look for a job down there. Please any help with where to look would be great or if you might know of anywhere that is looking for a strong minded hard worker for HR then please let me know. Thank you for your time

Good luck finding a 4 BR house with pool for 150K unless its old and a piece. Check your neighborhoods before buying.
If you plan to send out your resume you might want to use spell/ grammar check before sending.
Good luck on your endeavor.

A 4 bedroom house with a pool for $150K. I don't think so, unless it's in some rundown neighborhood.

As usual the negativity surfaced first, without fact-checking. A quick look on Trulia pulled up 56 homes in that price-range/criteria, of which perhaps 10 looked anywhere near "rundown". Many are in Oviedo and Winter Springs, which have excellent schools and would be my first suggestion. A couple more were available in Lake Mary, which would be the overall top suggestion. Other areas with listings in that price range were Hunters Creek, Meadow Woods, Dr Phillips and Waterford Lakes. Granted most are "short sales", but they do fit the OP's criteria.

Actually , It is very possible to find what you want. When I see them daily in nice areas I can tell you with no doubt what you want can be achieved.... Will it be a 4000 sq ft home in Winter Park, no, but it will be what you asked about.

Short sales take a long time, possibly 2 to 4 months. then hopefully they are in good condition. You can find this price in a short sale in some areas.

Dr Phillips?!?!? ROTFLMAO!!!!

Ok, Oviedo is a great suggestion, especially if you want good access that leads to good companies and is a decent commute to MCO. If you don't mind a more hellish (in theory) commute to MCO, I certainly suggest Lake Mary or Altamonte Springs west of Montgomery Road. AWESOME schools/neighborhoods.

Google Maps is a good resource for scanning real estate if you know how to use it.

PS, REALLY REALLY REALLY try to have a job or free place to stay before moving.
