That area isn't known for crime. It's just touristy. You should be fine.

I agree about it being safe. Williamsburg and the other areas around it are pretty calm. You may want to call the local police precinct and see if they have any recommendation of areas to avoid in the area.

The area around Sea World (Williamsburg) is quite nice in terms of residences and hotels. Crime is of little concern though one should be vigilant anywhere.

OP, you'll be fine. Keep an eye on the little one and make sure you guys play it safe if coming back to your room late at night. As Wilshire said, that area isn't really known for crime.

Hi OP! I think there are a lot of Realtors on this site that aren't allowed to comment or give opinions on what areas are "good" or "bad". I'm not a licensed Realtor though, lol! I'm not really familiar with the whole zip code, but I know Williamsburg to be a nice area. When you ask about safety, it's hard to say because everything is relevant depending on what you're used to. As brinkofsunshine pointed out, it's not "known for crime". Personally, I would check the crime stats on websites such as this one. Good luck!
