Hi Everyone -

Just as my disclaimer - I have been looking through the threads to find something more specific and cannot. My apologies if this has been covered...

My widowed, dearly beloved mom-in-law wants to move to Orlando. She has an area in mind and it would seem the community is a majority Puerto Rican (as is she) which could be a benefit - don't know this for sure. We are up in Virginia and want to help her but we have to make sure that this is an ok neighborhood.

Please help me. I can tell from reading here that there are concerns about 32822 in general but it's so hard to tell, as we are not familiar, if this particular section is in the "area of concern."

It's "Riviera Rep" subdivision. Right where Goldenrod S and Curry Ford Rd meet, right in that triangle - just off of goldenrod S. She met someone on Marseille who said that their neighborhood has never had trouble.

Thanks for any help - greatly appreciated.

My Partner and I will be moving up to Orlando from s florida and need to know a few things I am retired he has to still work, we are gay couple, I am looking for an active 55+ active community on either the east or west side we have been looking at a few places namely Starlight Ranch, Lake Shore Landings to name 2 looking for other recommendations...reason we are moving up there is number 1 to find work for my partner he is a data processor in an accounting department and I am a childrens entertainer. We are looking for an area that is easy to live in. Also would like to know if its easier to get around Orlando without having to use the toll roads, what do you suggest? Lets begin with this and continue with new questions as they pop up. Thank you... There is a Jewish question as well, he is Jewish...
