We will be having a little family gathering in May in Orlando.
Can anyone suggest a good outdoor place with possibly a lake or park surrounding that caters food for such occasions (family gathering/family reunion)?
It could be a restaurant by the lake or a place with beautiful nature around/park-like setting...(Disney World area theme parks excluded).

Thanks for all your suggestions.

Leu Gardens in Winter Park - amazing place! It has an outdoor garden house, overlooks a beautiful lake, has a rose garden, paved trails, and an indoor reception space if you need it.

You might also try the Lake Mary Events Center which overlooks a lake and has a great outdoor veranda with a view as well. Welcome to the Lake Mary Events Center!

Sanford Civic Center is a nice location on the Lake but you would have to cater your own food.

My vote is for Leu Gardens as well. It has 45 acres of beautiful gardens and a fantastic lake. the home has meeting rooms that overlook the lake.... a great choice and I suspect very affordable. their annual membership was only $15 last time i got it.
