Does the Florida 429 Toll Road get traffic? How long would it take to travel from Ocoee to Celebration, on a regular day?

I haven't driven it in a while but last time I drove it it felt like I was the only one on the road.I'm sure it has more traffic now as when I drove it it was relatively new but I doubt it gets any real traffic.

My sis lives in that area, and loves that road due to the low traffic. I've driven it myself from the 441 to Orlando/Disney. I couldn't give you a time, but the Mapquest time would be pretty close, due to the light traffic, I would think.

I've driven it twice when coming back from Tampa and at a time when I knew I-4 would be gridlocked. There was hardly anyone on it which IMO is quite bizarre.

There are backups at some of the exits during rush hour, primarily Winter Garden Rd., but for the most part it moves fast.
