My husband and I are considering buying a condo/townhome in Celebration. We are having trouble finding the exact HOAs but it seems like they vary. I wanted to ask people currently living in Celebration- is it worth the HOAs? Do you enjoy living there? We are relocating from NJ. Any feedback from people living in Celebration is appreciated. Thank you.

We moved to Orlando because we fell in love with Celebrations lifestyle.
We then heard about Baldwin Park which is basically the same without the tourists, Publix and banks on site, walking and biking trails..
Its location 2.5 mi from downtown Orlando and Winter Park, 10 mi. to OIA and the list goes on.
We still like Celebration but more now as a tourist attraction like it was Disneys 5th park.
