Default Need advice

Hello all,
I am looking for land in areas with potential to develop in the future. I will retire in 30 years and want to buy land now at a cheap price so that by the time I retire, the area has developed and property value has appreciated significant enough for me to sell a part of the land and build a home on the remaing part.
Any advice from anyone would be higly appreciated.
Thanks,
Lookingforland

Well, central FL is certainly a great place to purchase land in the path of development. If you are looking for the best area.....well, orlando is expanding in ALL directions.
Check out myregion.org > Home , it is a group studying different growth scenarios for the region, getting public, governmental, and corporate opinion of how Central FL should grow. If a plan is ever fully adopted you will be able to figure out exactly where the highest demand land will be.
What price range are you looking for? How many acres? I can put you in touch with our commercial division, I know a few guys that specialize in land.

Appreciate all your comments and suggestions. Looking for a few acres, about ten to fifteen. Waterview will be nice, but I know it comes with a higher price tag. I will check out the website GregTraub has mentioned.
Thanks guys.
