Our family is planning to relocate from PA to FL in the next year or two. My husband drives for Conway. Their location is in Orlando on Rocket Court. (if that helps narrow it down) He doesn't want to drive more than 30 minutes. We have a 12 yr old and I am an RN so it would be good to be near a hospital and in a good school district. We plan on renting an apartment or townhome (luxury if possible) So specific apartment complexes as well as town suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'd recommend Oviedo, which is right off the 417 and an easy drive to your husband's employer (30 minutes or less) as well as equal commutes to area hospitals. Lake Nona's new VA and Children's hospitals are around 20 minutes away via the 417/528. South Seminole Hospital and Winter Park Hospital are around 20 minutes away. Florida Hospital's main campus would be 30 minutes. Oviedo has the best school system in the metro area, with every school and every grade level rated "A", as well as all 10s from GreatSchools. It's very family-oriented and not over-developed like much of the area. Check out Elmhurst Village for apartments which is right off the 417 at Aloma. Their 3 bedrooms rent for $1200-$1300 and 2 bedrooms are in the $1100 range. It's in a great location very close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also find a variety of nice townhouses/houses for rent in the $1300-$1500 range across Oviedo.
