It is more Central than East. It is a good location, close to downtown and between the 408 and 528. There are a lot of chain restaurants on Semoran and good local places in the area. It is also close to Colonialtown/E 50 where there are even more restaurants and stores, etc. It is not the most glamorous place, but it is pretty safe and nice.
