Don't know any of those (only living here for 1 yr). But does anyone remember Circus World in the Orlando area? My mom took us there when we visited Disneyworld back in 1979 or 1980. When did it close?

Man, that's a flash from the past! BJ105 - that cracked me up.
I remember most of those except: Gimme Shelter
See if you remember any of these old bits of Orlando trivia (some of which are still here):
Kappy's Subs
Orange Avenue Gym
Sunland Mental Hospital
Zeta7
University Club
The Rainbow Lounge
Club Space Fish
"I WANT TO SELL YOU A CAR.....TAKE IT AWAY, BOB"
Glen Turner's Castle
Bozo the Clown
Bob Snow
The Winter Park Mall (and the big fountain)
Sure, I remember Circus World. What a disaster that place was - I remember spending a few hours there and thinking, "who would ever come back here"? In fact, the only thing I remember of it that was noteworthy was the elephant ride. That was kind of neat, but it was blazing hot out that day and neither I nor the elephant were having much fun.

I miss King Henry's Feast on I-Drive. It was my first date with my wife when we were kids and I had to save up for a month just to go to that tacky show!

I have been here on and off since 1969. This area has changed considerably, both good and bad.

BTW, I was waiting for Art Grindle to fall through the roof of one of those used cars he used to jump on. Back in the day, I believe his commericials were live, so anything could happen.
