Default Looking to move to Kissimmee, are the jobs scarce?

Im planning on moving to the Kissimee area. I have a degree in Bussiness management! I need to know are there many jobs available in that field? Will it take long to work once I move there, or should I get one before I come? Are the apartments in that area hard to get into, or with a waiting list? I need to know how far in advace do I need to start searching for a home and job before I move? Any advice is wonderfull

Do you speak Spanish? Many jobs, especially in the Kissimmee area, now require that you speak Spanish.

Jobs in Kissimmee are usually less paying then the ones in Orlando and even then you would be surprised at how low wages are for the entire Central Florida area and on top of that there is a lot of competition for those low paying jobs. But there is work out there if you have a great resume and do well on interviews.

As for apartments, you should not have trouble finding one around here but expect to pay 800 for 1 bedroom and up from there for the good apartment complexes - but Kissimmee's rent is better than Orlando's from what I have seen.

Good luck and let me know if you have any specific quesitons about Kissimmee - I am a 28 year resident!

I was planning on working in Orlando. When you say low paying job what do you mean? Does it make a difference if you have a degree? Is it realistic to make 40 to 45K?
