Which neighborhood are you in? I am not sure if it is or not, but I am sure there's a gang presence here in these areas.

Yes, I know where it is, but I am not sure if the graffitti you are seeing is gang related or not.

its probably just bored teenagers. even rich kids get bored. I heard a lot of the rich kids steal cars and drive them around because they are bored. i honestly hate rich kids.

A lot of the kids I've seen are "wanna be's"...but that's not all of them. Avalon Aglow was a complete sign of what is to come. My wife and I were amazed at the difference in just 1 year. We could hardly understand anyone! This area will change, as it is currently. Last week Timber Creek HS was in lockout for several hours - armed robery at McDonald's on Avalon Pk Blvd.
The graffitti? Yes, I hate to say it this way, but it's the Chicago background of relating an area's change. The black population has risen considerably in Avalon (note black not african american there is a difference since now we shouldn't use the other word!). I've noticed the behavior - it's definitely ghetto. The entire area is headed for the skids, wait until they start the widening of Alafaya - if you though Lake Underhill is bad now....yeesh! The words are ringing clearly - never live near a power plant, reclamation center, and landfill..... go figure.

What do you mean, were they all speaking Spanish? Creole? Probably both. Very little English is what I hear, lol.
